Return Policy

Jewelry purchased from our online catalog may be returned within 14 days of receipt, as long as the item is in its original, unused condition. Any item that is used, altered, scratched, or broken will not be accepted. Call or e-mail us before returning items for an authorization number; otherwise, we will not accept return shipment. You are responsible for return shipping costs. If item is damaged in shipment, please return all packaging with item. We must be notified within three (3) days of receipt of shipment.  Contact us regarding the problem and we will give you an authorization number for the return. Receipt must accompany returned item. Upon inspection of the item, we will refund purchase price only; original shipping charges and credit card fees are not refundable, regardless of reason for return.

Exchange Policy

Any item that is returned for an exchange is limited to 30 days from date of shipping. You are responsible for shipping costs of the exchanged and new item.

Guarantee

We guarantee our workmanship. If the jewelry is defective, due to workmanship, we will repair or replace item without additional cost. This policy is effective for 30 days from date of shipment. You are responsible for shipping costs. This does not apply to alterations or other repairs. Please contact us for prices of other types of repairs or alterations.

We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information, unless required by law. All information is kept private. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your information safe.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We accept major credit and debit cards for MasterCard and Visa, Discover credit cards, checks, and money orders.

If paying by check, please contact us for mailing information. Please include a copy of your invoice if paying with a check or money order. Personal check orders will ship once the check has cleared.

Shipping & Order Information

All items purchased online will ship within one (1) to five (5) days of payment confirmation. Shipping time will vary from three (3) to seven (7) days depending on location; Hawaii and Alaska may take longer for delivery. We are currently only shipping to addresses within the U.S. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for your security. All shipments are fully insured in transit and may require a signature upon delivery. Please inspect all packages upon receipt for damage or tampering. All shipping costs will be added when you place your order. If you would like your order shipped overnight, please contact us for cost and information. Orders of $200 or more will receive free ground shipping, excluding taxes. All orders shipped within California will be charged a 7.25% sales tax when placing an order.
